“Getting your trailer into the space is a bumpy ride. There is no signage at all saying it is Green's Storage. It says Sun-Ray storage and you turn off the pavement onto a dirt road with many large big rigs coming and going. Due to this, the road has deep and wide pot holes that can't be avoided until you get to gate. The policy is to use the last 4 of SSN as part of the gate code which I find completely odd and uncomfortable. We only wanted to store the trailer for one night so we could stay with family so I just gave the numbers to her on the phone so I could open the gate. Earlier that morning, I was told on the phone that I could park trailer for one night but I would have to pay upfront for the rest of the month and I would be refunded the pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. I was told that there is a $25 admin fee on top of monthly rental cost which broke down to about $5 per day. I figured $30 for one night seemed reasonable. I was instructed to fill out paperwork and do identity verification online, which I did. The next day when I called to check out, they told me there was a 10 day minimum + admin fee, so it was now $77. I made the decision to Not stay in an RV park because I thought I would save money by just storing it. Instead, I paid about the same and it was all a big hassle and waste of time. I spoke to the GM and shared my experience with her. I asked if she should honor what I was told, but she kept saying that her employees would never tell me that and I talked with someone else. I sent her screenshots of the two calls I made to their number proving I was talking to Greens Storage (formerly Sun-ray). Anyway, it was only $50 bucks overcharge and the company should have done the right thing and refunded the pro-rated amount for one day, but she didn't. Poor customer service..”

“Great rates and easy entry/exit. New ownership has added improvements which is nice, also. We recommend!.”
