By renting with Greens Storage, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in these, and other pages on our site. These terms are subject to change at any time, without notice.

Every lease is subjected to a one-time $25.00 Administration Fee on move-in. This fee is a non-refundable administration charge that covers lease processing and your account setup.

Every customer must maintain active coverage for their unit, including vehicle storage.

All self-storage customers must provide a management approved lock prior to move-in.
