When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We require a 10 day notice before you move out. Intent to Vacate

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued ID (examples: driver’s license, state ID, or passport). For a comprehensive list please download our "Move-In Checklist" under the Forms tab.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

Leases are month to month. We do offer term options for 6 months and one year.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security access code that will allow you access from 6AM to 10PM, 365 days a year.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. Cash payments in person only.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Estimator on our website or call our management team for assistance.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?

Stop by any time during business hours from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Saturday.

It is a good idea to call ahead and check size availability before you visit.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

Self-storage customers may not provide their own lock for their units for security purposes. We have locks available for purchase.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, firearms and ammunition. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Are there any other costs involved in the moving process?

We require that each of our tenants maintain active coverage for the stored items in their unit. We offer a choice of one of our Protection Plans which is an additional monthly cost of either $14 or $25 per month depending on the coverage limit you prefer. Additionally, we require that our self-storage customers provide a lock that is compatible with our requirements. Please ask your Site Manager for more details.

Are there any one-time fees associated with the cost of move-in?

We do charge a one-time administrative fee of $25 on move-in.
